Return Policy

We prioritize product quality and always want every customer to have a satisfying shopping experience. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll assist you with an exchange or refund. Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.



How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at feedback@zplanetx.com to submit your request. We will promptly confirm your return request and provide detailed return procedures and shipping instructions. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted.



Defective Items

If the item you received exhibits a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. Our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item.

If the defect is confirmed, we will replace or refund the item free of charge.

If the item fails to meet acceptable quality standards but does not constitute a major failure, you may request a repair or exchange.



Change of Mind

If you change your mind for personal reasons, returns are limited to items in resalable condition (unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in the original packaging).

You are responsible for shipping costs when returning items.

For items missing the original packaging or accessories, we will charge a restocking fee equal to 15% of the product price.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable for such returns.



Color Discrepancy

If the color of the item you received does not match the color you ordered, you may request an exchange, but you will be responsible for the reshipping costs. Please note that the colors shown on the website are for reference only and may vary slightly.



Shipping and Returns

If we ship the wrong item or the item is damaged in transit, we will refund the shipping costs and cover any applicable handling fees.

Please retain your proof of purchase for verification during this process.



Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the return at our warehouse.

You will receive an email notification upon completion.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method, including the product and taxes.

If the returned item involved multiple payment methods, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, up to the original payment amount for each method.


If we shipped the wrong item or the item was damaged in transit, the refund will include shipping costs.

Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your bill.
