Order Confirmation

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not constitute Zplanetx's acceptance of your order or confirmation of an offer to sell. Zplanetx may require additional verification or information. Zplanetx reserves the right to accept or reject your order at any time after receipt of your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, if it determines that you intend to use the purchased items for commercial or other purposes, misuse discount codes, or engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise unlawful activity.

Except as provided in these Terms and Conditions, Zplanetx is not responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of Zplanetx's refusal to accept or cancellation of your order.



Order Payment

When you place an order on this website, you are required to pay the full amount in full upfront via our supported credit card secure checkout. The order amount will be charged directly at the time of order placement and must be paid before the items are prepared or shipped. If you later withdraw, dispute, refund, or reverse a payment in any manner, you will remain responsible for the full sales amount of that order, as well as any administrative fees and related additional costs incurred by Zplanetx.

In some cases, Zplanetx may offer you credit payment terms pursuant to a separate written agreement between the parties. Please contact Zplanetx directly to inquire about such arrangements.



Product Pricing Information

Zplanetx cannot confirm product prices until you place your order. Pricing errors may appear on the website. Zplanetx reserves the right to cancel any order containing a pricing error without incurring any further obligations to Zplanetx, even if you have received an order confirmation or shipping notification from Zplanetx. Zplanetx may, at its sole discretion, contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.



Return Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the date your order was shipped. Refunds do not include the original shipping costs. Zplanetx may require photos of the product or other documentation to process the return.

Only items purchased through Zplanetx.com are returnable. Returns or exchanges are not eligible for the following:

  • Items obtained from third-party retailers, events, or contests;
  • Items clearly marked as "Final Sale";
  • Bulk orders or orders with volume discounts.

Zplanetx reserves the right to refuse returns or request additional information if we determine fraud, abuse of our return policy, or for other legitimate reasons.



Shipping

Orders are deemed delivered when Zplanetx places them with any shipping service. Zplanetx is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged orders once they leave Zplanetx.

Promotions

By purchasing through a promotion on this Website ("Promotion"), you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions as established by Zplanetx. You represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements for the Promotion. Unless otherwise stated: Gift cards are not eligible for all promotions, and promotions cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, and/or shipping offers. Promotions are valid only during the specified time period.

All returns and exchanges for items purchased during the promotion period are subject to Zplanetx's standard return policy. Refunds or credits will be based on the promotional price. Promotions are only valid for items in stock during the promotion period. Zplanetx does not guarantee availability of stock.

Zplanetx reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel any promotion or its terms at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zplanetx will not be liable to you or any third party for any lost profits, lost data, costs of procurement of substitute products or services, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Site or products provided by Zplanetx, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The above limitations apply regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence), strict liability or other legal theory. In addition, in no event will Zplanetx's total liability to you arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site exceed fifty dollars ($50). This limit will not be cumulative in the event of multiple claims. You agree that these limitations of liability exist independently and will apply even if a remedy set forth in this Agreement fails of its essential purpose.



Submission and Use of User-Generated Content

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any transactions entered into through this Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim or breach arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.Unless otherwise required by law, neither a party nor the arbitrator may disclose the existence, content, or results of any dispute proceeding under this Agreement without the prior written consent of both parties.

You agree that Zplanetx shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof.
