Shipping Policy

Zplanetx offers free standard shipping on all orders to ensure a more convenient and secure shopping experience. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by weather conditions, holiday rush, or disruptions with other shipping providers.

Shipping Time

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or special holidays will be processed and shipped on Monday, the first business day. Please understand that standard shipping may sometimes be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes; orders sent to P.O. Boxes will be automatically canceled.

Shipping Time

Orders are generally shipped within 7-14 business days, but please allow ample shipping time when placing your order to account for occasional delays. If you need to cancel or change the color of your order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible at feedback@zplanetx.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have shipped.

Your credit card will be charged for the total order amount. Each item will be charged individually upon shipment, so multiple charges may occur. You will receive an email notification with tracking information after each item is shipped.

Shipping Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email indicating the shipping carrier used and the corresponding tracking number. Please note that items in your order may be shipped from different warehouses or locations, so delivery times may vary and may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. You can always check the delivery status of your order by logging into the "My Account" page on Zplanetx.com.

Shipping Instructions

Upon receipt of your package, we recommend that you carefully inspect the condition of the package and the item(s). If any damage appears to have occurred during shipping, you have the right to refuse delivery. Please understand that Zplanetx is not a logistics company, so any additional shipping charges, such as surcharges for oversized or overweight items, will be charged by the third-party carrier.
